The GA NMWA Distinguished Fellowship

In our ongoing commitment to supporting women artists, GA NMWA has partnered with the Hambidge Creative Residency Program to offer a Distinguished Fellowship for a woman artist living in Georgia. This merit-based award includes a stipend and a two-week summer residency at the Hambidge Center in the beautiful and serene North Georgia mountains.

APPLICATION DETAILS

Applications from female-identifying visual artists who have never been in residence at Hambidge are encouraged. The annual deadline for this summer residency is January 15th. Artists will have the opportunity to select the Georgia Committee of NMWA Distinguished Fellowship within the general application.

GA NMWA is proud to fund this invaluable residency, however the fellowship recipient is selected by Hambidge.
